As a Culinary Institute of America graduate and the former executive chef of Winter Park’s Café de France, opening The Tennessee Truffle was a natural evolution. Especially for a Memphis-born chef who’s passionate about serving inspired dishes made with care and served with authentic southern hospitality.

I can’t believe how good the food was. Our server was nice and the chef/owner came out and spoke to us. It was a great atmosphere and unbelievable! Downtown Sanford has plenty of parking so it was easy to get here and enjoy. Again Food was so good see pics of what we had!
I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a delicious meal here last night. I’ve never been one for grits or catfish but after trying my boyfriend’s order, I would eat an entire plate here. I had the tomato pie and it was an incredible punch of flavor! Our waitress was super sweet, too! Hope to go back soon to try their brunch.
Super impressed with this place!! The food was delicious and they had some interesting stuff. They have a tasting menu which is pretty cool. We were the last ones at the restaurant and he let us try an extra dessert because he was so excited about the flavors. Definitely give this place a try
Met the owner Nat today- super impressed with his prior chef experience and the creativity he expressed in the opening up his own restaurant. The menu is progressive southern- which is exactly what I have been searching for. Please Support the local restaurants downtown and give this spot a visit- you will definitely be back for more.
